Initiate Your Request
Log into your LBT account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5 business days.
